China Telecom teamed up with Alibaba Group on a strategic cooperation to offer cloud and mobile internet services.
The partnership will focus on telecom infrastructure, mobile internet, cloud computing and data center fields, offering software and hardware as well as telecom and e-commerce solutions to small and midsize companies, government agencies and group customers.
The companies will also speed up building cloud data centers and launching mobile marketing and promotion service guaranteed by Alipay.com.
