ChinaSoft buys Pactera's Huawei business

China-based Pactera Technology International has entered into several agreements with the ChinaSoft International group related to its outsourcing business with Huawei.

Pactera and its affiliates will sell to ChinaSoft and its affiliates the Huawei operations, including relevant business contracts as well as assets and leases.

The transaction is expected to close within this quarter.
 
Pactera provides business and IT consulting, solutions, and outsourcing services to a wide range of leading multinational firms through a globally integrated network of onsite and offsite delivery locations in China, the United States, Europe, Australia, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia.
