BSS company Comarch has debuted a bill shock prevention solution for telecom operators.
Comarch Bill Shock Prevention has been designed to the standards laid out by European Parliament regulations on how operators should allow users to control roaming bills.
It enables operators to set usage limits, with end users able to decide whether to express the usage in megabytes, minutes or monetary value.
Users can receive notifications when they reach 80% of their usage limits, with methods of interaction including SMS and email.
