BS TransComm (BSTL) has appointed R K Dubey as its chief operating officer for the northern region in India.
Dubey, who has a vast experience in the field of telecom passive infrastructure management, comes to BSTL from Vihan Enterprises, where he was CEO.
Before that, he worked in various capacities with major operators such as Bharti Airtel, Reliance Communications, TVS Interconnect Systems, Bharti Infratel, and Wireless Tata Telecom Infrastructure.
