Huawei Technologies secures a deal from China Unicom to deploy and upgrade Unicom's CDMA network, which incorporates over 1600 carrier frequencies. Huawei will provide an end-to-end All IP solution, to include radio access equipment and core network

Microsoft will begin offering its online business services to companies of all sizes, no longer limiting them to those with more than 5,000 users. The services from the world's largest software maker include Exchange Online and SharePoint Online, which Microsoft is testing in a limited trial.

Ensim, a leading provider of management software for unified communications infrastructure, announced that KDDI has selected Ensim Unify as its platform of choice for delivering its SaaS offerings.
