Mobile services firm Thin Multimedia signs a deal with Tata Teleservices to implement Thin Multimedia's mobile multimedia solutions on Tata Teleservices network in India. The solutions will run on mobile phones, smartphones, PDAs, and other portable devices.
CRM specialist Syntellect announces that it is expanding its operations into India, which is fast becoming one of the largest operators of contact centers globally. Syntellect's newest office, located in Chennai, will initially support Syntellect's partners in delivering a full range of product offerings for the contact center environment.
