Solutions frm Synchronoss Technologies agrees to buy Wisor Telecom for about $18 million in cash. Privately held Wisor Telecom also makes transaction-related software.

Transaction Network Services (TNS) extends its presence in Asia following a deal with India-based Kotak Securities. TNS solutions will enable Kotak Securities to switch from a traditional phone system to a digital infrastructure.

Motorola wins a contract to provide digital radio communication networks to Delhi International Airport. Motorola will supply IP-based mission critical networks to the new airports in Bengaluru as well as Hyderabad, and replace the existing analog radio networks.
