Philippines-based Globe Telecom and Sicap have launched a dynamic, scroll-down menu content service for easy service discovery and usage.

The selection of Sicap’s USSD (unstructured supplementary services data) Menu Browser software means that Globe is now set to offer a range of self-care, value-added services and professional data services according to subscription type.

USSD menu services are user-friendly and free to access for customers while they offer the operator high-capacity processing.

USSD is a channel ubiquitous to GSM networks that operators can exploit at practically no-cost, and which offers a response up to seven times faster than SMS.
