HKNet debuts Cloudn IaaS service

HKNet, a subsidiary of NTT Communications yesterday launched a public cloud service Cloudn, a pay-per-hour subscription cloud model that guarantees 99.99% service uptime.

Developed by NTT Communications, Cloudn is an infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) which runs on NTT Communications global data center and network. It is the first service available from the new HKNet e-Order Centre.

HKNet e-Order Centre is HKNet's newly launched B2B online shop to provide e-commerce services. The B2B e-commerce site runs on a subscription model and provides online access 24/7/365.

"HKNet e-Order Centre takes our value proposition further by enabling subscribers to manage their services online and according to their actual business needs," said Brandon Lee, chief strategy officer of NTT Com Asia. The company plans to offer more ICT services from the e-Order Centre.
