Huawei, Accenture team for private cloud
Huawei and Accenture have signed a deal to jointly develop producrts to address customer requirements in both the carrier and enterprise ICT markets.
Under the agreement, the companies will develop joint initiatives focusing initially on clients in China, Southeast Asia, other emerging markets and select opportunities in developed markets.
They will leverage Huawei’s portfolio of hardware and software products and solutions, and Accenture’s capabilities in consulting, systems integration and outsourcing.
The companies will focus on providing CSP’s with business support system and systems integration services to support areas such as billing, customer care and other supporting business functions.
They will also leverage Accenture’s Infrastructure-as-a-Service offering with Huawei’s private cloud infrastructure to offer pre-designed and integrated private cloud solutions to enterprises across industries.
Also, the agreement allows potential expansion into more areas of collaboration for carrier and enterprise solutions as additional joint opportunities develop.
