Insurance firms should take note of m-commerce: Ovum

Insurance companies that ignore m-commerce face marginalizing themselves as younger generations come of purchasing age, according to Ovum.

A new report by Ovum finds that companies must begin to offer m-commerce to customers in 2010 to maintain market presence.

Report author Barry Rabkin says the speed that m-commerce is conducted at creates heightened customer expectations of availability, responsiveness and fulfillment.
