Conferencing and collaboration services provider InterCall has chosen MetraTech\'s MetraNet as its global billing solution for servicing millions of conferencing minutes each month and approximately $1 billion in annual revenue.
According to InterCall, this partnership will allow it to "introduce a new level of conferencing customization to customers and the industry."
The company adds that since the flexibility and scalability of its billing solution becomes an important part of customer experience, a good solution has to be in place.
MetraNet provides a solution that not only easily supports new products and services, but also offers customers more flexibility for purchasing services, InterCall says.
