The 3G MIMO-based HSDPA end-to-end industry chain has matured quickly, and more than five networks and 11 types of devices have been commercially launched.
Due to the huge benefits this technology provides for both system and end users data capacity, its compatibility with existing HSDPA technology, and the existence of a mature industry chain, MIMO is considered a key technology in the further development of 3G and 4G technologies.
