The MiCloud suite includes cloud-based contact centers, Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), hosted PBX, business-class mobile service and videoconferencing.
Because the Mitel MiCloud solution is built on a single stream of software, Black Box customers have the flexibility to take advantage of a public, private or a hybrid cloud solution based on their business needs.
Black Box will continue to provide clients with their unique portfolio of system design, implementation and 24×7 technical support capabilities while leveraging skilled technicians and network operations centers across the U.S.
