Peter Rippstein named Comfone's sales EVP

Comfone has appointed Peter Rippstein as executive vice president of global sales and a member of the executive management team.

 

He succeeds Markus Sager, who was promoted to CEO at the beginning of this year.

 

Rippstein has worked at Comfone for more than 10 years, holding positions such as COO and, most recently, senior vice president of EMEA business operations – a position he hold since 2008.

 

He has had a more than 20 year career in the ICT sector, at companies including Hewlett-Packard.

 

Prior to joining Comfone, he held management positions at Swisscom Mobile in Bern, as well as at Swisscom joint ventures in India and Malaysia as COO.
