Redknee said its revenue reached $16.6 million from $13.5 million in the three months to March.

Gross margin eased to 68% compared to 72% for the second quarter of fiscal 2010, due to product mix having lower gross margin.

Operating expenses increased to 60% of revenue from 58% previously due mainly to the addition of operating costs from Nimbus.

Net income was $0.4 million or $0.01 per share, the same as in the second quarter of fiscal 2010.
