Rohde & Schwarz has unveiled its new test and measurement solutions, including one that allows network analysis of up to 500 GHz based on the R&S ZVA high-end network analyzer.
Other new solutions include the real-time spectrum analyzer up to 30 GHz, and the R&S SMZ frequency multiplier up to 110 GHz.
The company said the latter is a practical supplement to the R&S SMF100A signal generator.
Also, R&S plans to roll out two new oscilloscope families with bandwidths ranging from 500 MHz to 2 GHz.
