Sigma Systems, NetYCE bring idea-to-install to SDNs

Sigma Systems has signed a technology agreement with NetYCE that will accelerate new service fulfilment for complex business data services including carrier Ethernet, metro Ethernet and layer 2/3 VPN business connectivity.

The companies will work together to ensure seamless integration of the Sigma Idea-to-Install product portfolio and the NetYCE platform for Design Driven Networking.

"The Sigma Idea-to-Install portfolio provides full automation of service fulfillment for communications service providers, eliminating the need for the hard-coding that is required with many legacy back-office systems," said Catherine Michel, CSO at Sigma Systems.

The NetYCE platform offers a single source for all networking knowledge, processes and architectures are managed to fully standardize and automate networks. When deployed along with the Sigma Idea-to-Install portfolio, operators can ensure rapid, accurate provisioning of services across all networks.
