Korean mobile operator SK Telecom will jointly launch an online marketplace for Asian video content in partnership with mediapeers, operator of the world’s largest online B2B marketplace for movies.

The new B2B exchange, Trade All Content (TAC), will begin service in November, available initially in English and Korean. Chinese and Japanese language will be added in early 2011, SKT said.

TAC will focus on Asian media and independent production companies, the partners said.

Buyers will now have access to mediapeers’ market of 55,000 titles and 1,500 professional relationships.

TAC will enable the screening, licensing and sale of Asian content that is uploaded to the site.
