Peoples Telephone Cooperative has gone live on CommSoft's suite of products including iCommVergence, CommNextion, VTC, Financials, and Inventory.
iCommVergence will provide a total view of customer relationships, giving Peoples' customer service representatives the ability to up-sell new products and services and help drive increased revenues and profits.
Using CommNextion, Peoples' customers will be able to manage and upgrade their services through easy-to-use web portals available 24 hours a day.
With the addition of CommSoft's Financials and Inventory package, Peoples will have a seamless transaction flow capturing and distributing financial information to cost centers, projects, individual companies, etc.
