Sigma Systems chief technology officer Brian Cappellani has been appointed as an advisory director to the TM Forum's board of directors.
TM Forum is the world's leading trade association that provides leadership and guidance, technical and business innovation, and education and training to improve the way telecom, media and information services are created, delivered, assured and charged.
Cappellani will play a key role in educating the group's cable and telco members on the application of TM Forum standards and principles to solve similar challenges for fulfilment of voice, data, video, content and multimedia services.
