A TM Forum survey showed that four out of five service provider-members use and gain measurable benefits from TM Forum’s Frameworx to simplify their IT infrastructure.
TM Forum has released Frameworx 11.5, the latest upgrade of Frameworx which improves customer experience, maximizes revenue and transforms cable operations.
Respondents said the top reasons for Frameworx adoption include simplifying IT architecture to speed new service rollouts and reducing integration cost and risk.
Three out of four respondents cited Frameworx as an important enabler for reducing the costs and risks associated with integration, with two out of three already seeing measurable benefits.
