UCell Uzbekistan has deployed Comverse's billing, ringback tone and call completion services, allowing it to capitalize on market opportunities and enhance user experience.
The new solutions, Comverse says, will allow the cellco to start offering new products and services, squeezing more revenues from voice calls and improving the experience of mobile phone users via expanded prepaid billing features and ringback tones.
UCell subscribers now can find out who tried to call them when they were unreachable. The service can also notify the calling subscriber as soon as the unreachable party becomes available.
The new prepaid billing features provide balance notifications to subscribers at the end of calls and the ability to replenish their balances via various services.
