The management of the Israel basketball league unanimously decided not to finish the final series between Maccabi Tel-Aviv and Hapoel Jerusalem because of the armed conflict between Israel and Iran, as well as a ban on public events.
The score in the series to two victories was tied 1:1. The deciding match was scheduled for June 15 in Tel Aviv.
Thus, the 2024/25 season ended early and without a champion.
