The Naoya Inoue vs. Murodjon Akhmadaliev fight is a special case because the Japanese fighter usually only fights at home. Akhmadaliev has a good chance to win this fight. Much will depend on the referee in the ring. In the past, some fighters have come just for a paycheck rather than to win, in my opinion. I didn’t see much determination from his opponents before. Akhmadaliev will have the right mindset. He’s aggressive, hits hard, and hasn’t been knocked down, unlike Inoue. Technically, Murodjon is very good. If he fights wisely, he can win, maybe even early.
It’s worth noting that the fight between 30-year-old Akhmadaliev and 32-year-old Inoue is scheduled for September 14 in Japan. Inoue has an unbeaten record of 30 wins, while Akhmadaliev has 14 wins and one loss.
