Everyone’s Going to Get What They’ve Been Waiting For: Dana White on Joshua vs. Paul

UFC president Dana White commented on the boxing match between boxer and influencer Jake Paul and former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, scheduled for December 19.

Dana White
Um, that’s a f---ing bad idea. That’s a bad idea. But tell you what, a lot of people will watch that one. Sure, I’ll watch it too. You know what everyone’s tuning in for on that one. And I think everyone’s going to get what they’ve finally been waiting for.

Paul’s last fight was against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in June of this year in Anaheim. He won that bout by unanimous decision. His professional record stands at 12 wins (seven by knockout) and one loss.

Joshua’s last fight was against Daniel Dubois in September 2024. He lost that bout by knockout in the fifth round. His professional record stands at 28 wins (25 by knockout) and four losses.
