WBA-super lightweight champion Gervonta Davis commented on his upcoming November 14 fight against popular YouTuber and boxer Jake Paul.

Every time I fight, it's fireworks. I'm much quicker than him. He's much stronger and bigger, but we all know it's harder for taller fighters to fight a shorter one. He's decent and he's going to hold up for a couple of rounds, but once it gets hot in there you know how things play out.
Davis’s last bout was a majority draw against Lamont Roach in March 2025. His record remains 30 wins (28 KOs), one draw, and zero losses.
Paul last fought in June 2025, winning against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. by unanimous decision, with 12 wins (seven KOs) and one loss to his name.
