Former UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson commented on the upcoming boxing match between Jake Paul and Anthony Joshua, which will take place on the night of December 20 in Miami, USA.

I think Jake’s taking it serious. I think Jake can knock him out. OK, I’m going to go on record right now. Anthony Joshua's been knocked out by some weird shots before. Andy Ruiz, (Daniel) Dubois knocked him out with a short overhand right. Jake Paul can land one of those shots. He can. Boxing is a sport where everyone's got a puncher's chance.
Paul had his last fight against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in June of this year in Anaheim, USA. Jake won that bout by unanimous decision. He has a record of 12 wins (seven by knockout) and one loss.
Joshua last entered the ring against Daniel Dubois in September 2024 in London, England. That fight ended in Anthony's defeat by knockout in the fifth round. He has 28 wins (25 by knockout) and four losses.
