India's Boxing High Performance Director Santiage Nieva resigns

India's boxing High-Performance Coach Santiago Nieva has resigned from his position to take a job as the head coach of the Australian national boxing team. Santiago helped the Indian boxers to have the best haul ever in terms of Olympics participation while the team won two gold medals during the 2019 Men's World Championships.

Good bye is always difficult but that's how life works. I thank BFI for all their support during my time with the Indian team. I believe Indian boxing has great potential and it will continue to grow
