It Isn’t Meant to Be: Jake Paul Responds to Nate Diaz’s Challenge

American boxer and influencer Jake Paul has stated that, despite Nate Diaz’s offer to replace Gervonta Davis, a rematch between them will not take place.

Paul and Davis were originally scheduled to fight on November 15 in Miami, but a lawsuit was filed against Davis earlier this month. The American boxer faces charges related to an alleged assault on a woman at Tootsie’s Cabaret strip club.

Nate Diaz is a f***ing G. It isn’t meant to be, but respect for willing to step up on two weeks notice. So many p***ies at the top of this sport with excuses.

Diaz and Paul previously squared off in a boxing match in Dallas in August 2023, with Paul winning by unanimous decision.

Paul’s most recent bout came in June in Anaheim against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., which he also won by unanimous decision. His professional boxing record stands at 12 wins (7 by knockout) and 1 loss.
