
On June 29, a boxing event will take place at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, featuring popular YouTuber Jake Paul and former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. as the main event.
According to Sportysalaries, Paul is guaranteed a payout of five million dollars for the fight, while Chavez Jr. will earn a guaranteed 1.5 million dollars. Both fighters will also receive a share of the pay-per-view sales.
Paul's last fight was in November 2024, where he won a unanimous decision against Mike Tyson. He holds a record of 11 wins (seven by knockout) and one loss.
Chavez Jr. last stepped into the ring against former UFC fighter Uriah Hall in July 2024. That fight went the distance and ended with Julio winning by unanimous decision. His current record stands at 54 wins (34 by knockout), six losses, and one draw.
