Former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya slammed the recent bout between popular blogger Jake Paul and British boxer Anthony Joshua.

Honest thoughts on the fight: I feel like AJ carried Jake Paul to the sixth round. I know what my eyes see, and I understand fighting. But this is, I guess, the best result, or the most realistic result, I guess. But I know what my eyes were seeing in the early rounds and now we’re here. I've seen shots that should have gone to the head go to the body. Oh well, everyone made money.
The fight between Joshua and Paul took place on December 20 in Miami. Joshua won via knockout in the sixth round. His record now stands at 29 wins (26 by knockout) and four losses. Paul has 12 wins (seven by knockout) and two losses.
Adesanya last entered the octagon against Nassourdine Imavov in February of this year at UFC Fight Night 250. That match ended in a technical knockout loss for Israel in the second round. His record includes 24 wins and five losses.
