Former UFC lightweight champion Charles Oliveira of Brazil said he is open to a fight against Irishman Conor McGregor at the UFC event planned for June 2026 at the White House.
Charles Oliveira
Why not do a big fight there? That would be really good. Everybody wants to fight there, I think. If the UFC needs me, I’ll be ready. I don’t even like to say that. Everybody knows what would be the fight there, Charles Oliveira and Conor McGregor. That’s the money fight.
On October 12 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Oliveira will face Polish fighter Mateusz Gamrot in the main event of UFC Fight Night 261.
Oliveira last fought in June 2025 at UFC 317, losing by first-round knockout to Ilia Topuria. His record stands at 35 wins, 11 losses, and one no contest.
Gamrot last fought in May 2025 at UFC on ESPN 68, defeating Ludovit Klein by unanimous decision. He has 25 wins, three losses, and one no contest.
