Former four-division world champion American Roy Jones Jr. named the top four boxers in the world regardless of weight class.

Roy Jones Jr., quoted by talkSPORT
It’s really hard to say, but you’ve got to give it to Fury right now. Fury got to be number one, then [Terence] ‘Bud’ Crawford, then you’ve probably got to put Usyk number three, [Dmitry] Bivol number four and then five, I don’t know.

Jones had an exhibition bout against his compatriot Mike Tyson in November 2020. This confrontation lasted the entire distance and ended in a draw.

In February 2018, Jones stepped into the ring against his compatriot Scott Sigmon. In this confrontation Roy won by unanimous decision of the judges. He has 66 wins (47 by knockout) and nine losses in professional boxing.
