Al Siesta, the boxing promoter and CEO of IBA Pro, shared his thoughts on the potential third match between Dmitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev in an exclusive interview with Telecomasia.net.

Initially, this fight was planned to take place at the Kingdom Arena. However, when the organizers realized that the arena would be half-empty, they quickly moved the fight to a smaller venue seating six thousand people. This showed them how popular this fight is in that region. The English aren't interested in Russian talent. They won’t spend money on bringing Russian boxers to Russia. So the only place that needs this fight is Russia.
"It would be a fantastic opportunity: when two Russian flags are raised, and one anthem for both boxers. This won’t be a Canadian against a Kyrgyz – we know the truth,” Al Siesta said.
On February 22, a rematch took place between Artur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol for the light heavyweight world championship title. Bivol won by a majority decision. Plans for the third fight are set for the end of 2025.
