TMZ reports that a fight between former undisputed heavyweight champion Mike Tyson and five-division titleholder Floyd Mayweather is scheduled for spring 2026.
Tyson has also confirmed the news on his social media accounts.
Mayweather last fought John Gotti III in August 2024 in Mexico. That bout went the distance and had no official winner because it was an exhibition that could only be decided by a knockout in promotional terms. In his professional career Mayweather has 50 wins (27 by knockout) and no losses.
Tyson’s most recent bout was against Jake Paul in November 2024. That fight went the distance and Tyson lost by unanimous decision. Tyson’s professional record stands at 50 wins (44 by knockout) and seven losses.
