Manny Pacquiao for Men's Health
Every day, we're jogging in the morning. And then training at the gym for three hours. Doing everything: Sparring, punching the mitts, heavy bags, punching bags, speed bag, skipping rope, shadow boxing, everything like that. We run for an hour. We climb the mountain. Seven days a week, running. Sometimes I let my body rest; if my body doesn't respond, I let my body rest the next day to recover.
Barrios last fought against Abel Ramos in November 2024. That fight went the full distance and ended in a draw. He holds a record of 29 wins (18 by knockout), two losses, and one draw.
Pacquiao last fought professionally in August 2021, losing to Yordenis Ugas by unanimous decision. His career record stands at 62 wins (39 by knockout), eight losses, and two draws.
