Due to heavy criticism and outrage from other ranked contenders, the WBA will review Jake Paul's cruiserweight ranking at their upcoming European convention in Madrid, scheduled for July 15-18.
Recall that in June 2025, Jake Paul won a unanimous decision against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., after which he was ranked 14th in the WBA cruiserweight division. Paul has a professional record of 12 wins (seven by knockout) and one loss.
