Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton reached the milestone of 5000 points in Formula 1. This achievement took place during the United States Grand Prix in Austin, held from October 17 to 19.
Hamilton finished fourth in that race.
Hamilton’s closest competitor in the overall standings is Max Verstappen from Red Bull, who has 3329.5 points. Third place is held by four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel with 3098 points.
Earlier reports indicated that Hamilton is once again calling for changes within the Ferrari team.
