
Red Bull Racing’s sporting advisor Helmut Marko ruled out the possibility of signing Irish driver Alex Dunne.

At the moment Alex Dunne is competing in Formula 2 and sits fifth in the drivers’ standings with 130 points. It was recently reported that the Irishman negotiated with Alpine, but those talks did not lead to an agreement.
Earlier, Helmut Marko said the Austrian team would make a final decision on its driver line-up for next season after the Mexican Grand Prix.
Currently Max Verstappen sits third in the Formula 1 drivers’ standings with 273 points. His Red Bull teammate Yuki Tsunoda, with 20 points, is in 17th place.
The Austrian team also occupies fourth place in the Constructors’ Championship, having scored 290 points.
