Specifically, Yuki Tsunoda, a driver for Red Bull, was penalized for overtaking Oscar Piastri under red flag conditions during the third practice session. As a result, he will lose 10 positions at the start. Given that the Japanese driver qualified in 11th place, he will now start from the very back of the grid.
