
Bayern Munich has announced the extension of Alphonso Davies' contract until June 30, 2030. The 24-year-old Canadian defender's previous deal was set to expire in the summer of 2025.
In an interview with the club's press office, Davies expressed his immense joy over the contract renewal, noting that he joined Bayern at the age of 18 with the desire to keep improving and become one of the best in his position.

Davies has been with Bayern since January 2019. To date, he has played 220 matches for the club, scoring 12 goals and providing 34 assists. Transfermarkt estimates the Canadian footballer's market value at 50 million euros.
Earlier, Sky Sports reported that Manchester United is interested in signing Davies.
