Italian opera tenor Andrea Bocelli and British singer Robbie Williams will perform as part of the show program for the 2026 World Cup draw. This was announced on the FIFA website.
The tournament draw will take place on December 5 at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, USA.
The 2026 World Cup will be held in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. It will run from June 11 to July 19.
The reigning world champion is the Argentina national team. In 2022, Lionel Scaloni's squad defeated France in the final (3-3, 4-2 pens). Lionel Messi scored a brace for the Argentinians, and Angel Di Maria also scored. Kylian Mbappe scored all three goals for the French side.
Recall that the 2022 World Cup was held in Qatar.
