Give Me Sport reports that Aston Villa manager Unai Emery is being considered as a potential replacement for Ruben Amorim at Manchester United.
Sources say Villa’s board is unhappy with Emery’s performance due to poor results at the start of the 2025/26 season, which could make it easier for the Spanish coach to move to the Red Devils.
Manchester United sit 14th in the Premier League table with four points, while Aston Villa are 19th with two points. Emery previously managed Villarreal, Arsenal, PSG, Sevilla, Spartak Moscow, Valencia, and Almería.
