Austrian Coach Glasner Will Not Extend Contract with Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace head coach Oliver Glasner has decided not to extend his current employment agreement with the London club. This was reported by Carrusel Deportivo.

The 51-year-old specialist will leave the team at the conclusion of the current Premier League season.

The Eagles' management is already searching for a new head coach, with Getafe manager Jose Bordalas currently considered the primary candidate for the position.

Oliver Glasner was appointed head coach of Crystal Palace in February 2024, and his current agreement with the club expires this coming summer.

After 16 rounds of the current English championship season, the London side sits in fifth place in the standings with 26 points. Earlier, it was reported that 25-year-old Crystal Palace central defender Marc Guehi could continue his career at Manchester City.
