Journalist Pablo Giralt posted the Ballon d’Or 2025 voting results on social media. According to the insider, the winner is Barcelona and Spain winger Lamine Yamal.
Coming in second place was PSG forward Ousmane Dembélé, while PSG midfielder Vitinha secured the third position. Ballon d’Or ceremony, organized by France Football, will be held today, on September 22, at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris, starting at 22:00 GMT+3.
For the first time the award will be given based on a season (August 1, 2024-July 13, 2025) rather than a calendar year. Sports journalists from the top 100 FIFA-ranked countries took part in the voting.
