The 40-year-old Ronaldo has previously won this prestigious award five times. Only Lionel Messi has won it more often, with eight trophies.
Ronaldo has played for the Saudi club since January 2023. His contract runs until the summer of 2027, and Transfermarkt currently estimates him at €12 million.
