According to TEAMtalk, three Premier League clubs – Manchester United, Tottenham, and Newcastle – are interested in acquiring Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen on loan.
Insiders say Barcelona’s management is considering parting ways with the 33-year-old German keeper, as young Spanish goalkeeper Joan Garcia has shown impressive performance at the start of the La Liga season. In the current championship, 24-year-old Garcia has played six matches, conceding just four goals and keeping three clean sheets.
Since joining Barcelona in summer 2014, ter Stegen appeared in 422 games, significantly contributing to the team’s six La Liga titles, six Copa del Rey trophies, and the 2014-15 Champions League victory.
According to Transfermarkt, ter Stegen’s current market value is €8 million.
