In the current season, the 32-year-old Englishman has participated in 19 matches for Bayern across all competitions, scoring 23 goals and providing three assists.
Kane's agreement with the club is valid until the summer of 2027. The Transfermarkt website estimates the forward's market value at €77.7 million.
Lewandowski has played in 12 games for Barcelona this season. The Polish forward has seven goals across all competitions for the Blaugrana.
