Due to a severe thunderstorm in Orlando, the Bayern Munich football team missed their flight to Miami, where they are set to play a Round of 16 match against Brazilian club Flamengo in the Club World Cup.
According to journalist Maximilian Koch, this caused the delay. The game is scheduled for June 29 at Hard Rock Stadium and will kick off at 23:00 GMT+3.
It’s worth mentioning that a previous match was also canceled due to weather conditions; the game between Benfica and Chelsea was suspended for nearly two hours for the same reason.
